We are not concerned with making 'raw-fooders', it is more important that you have a sense of why certain combinations work, and how to integrate them into your working life along with cooked foods and find your unique balance between the two.
Allergy and intolerance testing involves muscle testing using Applied Kinesiology, which is a gentle and non-invasive technique. A simple strength test is administered on a specific muscle, by holding out your arm and offering Kate resistance to her push upon it.
