We run regular week-long retreats throughout the year.
The price for the retreat varies only according to the accommodation type that you choose.
Most people take a room on their own, but some come with friends or partners to share a room.
There are two self-contained cottages on site (all to yourself - or between partners)
Most ensuite rooms have a double bed (ideal for partners)
Some ensuite rooms have twin beds (better for friends sharing, or those willing to share with someone they don’t yet know)

Plus, we make a donation to Tree Sisters after each retreat - planting 700 trees in tropical locations - supporting the climate, improving the local environment, and improving women’s status in the local culture.
The cost of the retreat includes everything you need for the full detox experience.
The only addition to the cost of the retreat are the massage therapies that most choose to have, from £75.

We ask for a £250 deposit to secure your room, with the remainder due a month before the retreat.
We can pencil you in for a room for a couple of days so you can be sure you have made the right decision.
Once booked, an email will be sent regarding what to bring, and how to get the most out of your retreat.
